A warm Alaska family home lit from inside on a winter evening

Homes & families

Your house has more connected devices than most small offices did ten years ago.

We treat every home like a Fortune 500.

Wi-Fi that reaches the back bedroom and the garage. Cameras you can actually pull up. A keypad instead of a key under the mat. And real protection on the laptops and phones your family uses every day.

We treat every home like a Fortune 500

Same standard of care and same quality of gear, sized for a house instead of an office tower.

The installer is the person you call

No call center, no script, no re-explaining your house to a stranger.

We show the whole family

Everyone who uses it gets shown how it works, in plain language.

Sounds familiar?

Four things we hear in almost every Anchorage house.

None of these need a full rebuild. Most are an afternoon of work and a plan.

  • “My kid's laptop got hit with some scam pop-up and I don't know what it actually did.”

Every device on your home network gets real protection, not just whatever came pre-installed — and we check what that pop-up actually touched.

  • “I still leave a spare key under the mat.”

A keypad or phone-based lock replaces the hidden spare key — and you can see who came and went.

  • “Our Wi-Fi barely reaches the garage or the back bedroom.”

Wi-Fi built to cover your whole property, not just near the router.

  • “I have cameras but I've never actually looked at the footage.”

Footage you can actually pull up and search from your phone, in seconds.

Coverage, not just speed

Paying for fast internet doesn’t help if it never reaches the back bedroom.

Most home Wi-Fi problems are coverage problems. We plan where the equipment goes and where cable runs before anyone drills a hole, so signal reaches upstairs, out to the garage, and into the shop.

  • Strong signal upstairs, in the garage, and out at the shop
  • A detached building linked without trenching the yard
  • Guests, kids, and smart devices each on their own separate lane
  • Wiring done properly during a remodel, not stapled to a baseboard later

The devices your family actually uses

Real protection on the laptops, phones and tablets — not just whatever came preinstalled.

Photos, schoolwork, and tax documents live on those machines. We keep them protected and backed up, stop the fake “package couldn’t be delivered” messages before anyone clicks, and show every member of the household what a scam call sounds like.

  • Protection kept current on every family device, not installed once and forgotten
  • Backups so a dead hard drive isn’t the end of your photos
  • Router firmware and default passwords handled for you
  • A plain-English monthly note: what’s protected, what we noticed

Everything we do — all 19 services

Everything we do, written for a home.

The same nineteen services we bring to businesses — described the way they actually matter in a house.

  • 01 Network design & installation

Your house gets a plan — where the gear goes, where the cable runs — before anyone drills a hole in your wall.

  • 02 Whole-home Wi-Fi

Strong signal upstairs, in the back bedroom, in the garage and out at the shop — not just next to the router.

  • 03 Wireless building-to-building links

A detached garage, shop, or cabin on the property gets connected without digging a trench across the yard.

  • 04 Network segmentation & firewall

Guests, kids, and smart devices each get their own lane, so a compromised smart plug can never reach your tax returns.

  • 05 Home phone / intercom (VoIP)

A house line or intercom that actually rings where you are, with voicemail that reaches your phone.

  • 06 Security cameras & video

Check the driveway, the entry, and the garage from your phone — and pull up last night's clip in seconds.

  • 07 Door access control

Unlock the door for a dog walker or a teenager with a code you can turn off tomorrow. No more key under the mat.

  • 08 Structured cabling

Wiring done properly during a remodel, so you're not stapling cable along a baseboard in two years.

  • 09 Endpoint protection

Real protection on the laptops, phones and tablets your family uses every day — kept current, not just installed once.

  • 10 Email security

The fake “your package couldn't be delivered” or “your account is locked” message gets stopped before anyone clicks it.

  • 11 Backup & continuity

Photos, schoolwork and tax documents come back after a dead hard drive or a ransomware pop-up.

  • 12 Monitoring & patching

Router firmware and device updates get handled for you, instead of that reminder being ignored for six months.

  • 13 Monthly security reporting

A short plain-English note each month: what's protected, what we noticed, what needs nothing from you.

  • 14 Training for your household

Everyone in the house — including grandparents — learns what a tech-support scam call sounds like before it happens.

  • 15 Project & install work

New build, remodel, or a move into a new place: the network and cameras planned start to finish.

  • 16 Travel / on-site service

We come to you, including outside Anchorage, for the hands-on work that can't be done over the phone.

  • 17 Nonprofit rate

If you're volunteering with or running a registered nonprofit, that work gets a standing discount too.

  • 18 Working alongside your other help

If a builder, electrician, or an AV installer is already involved, we work alongside them instead of over the top of them.

  • 19 Financing

Bigger projects — full-home cabling, camera systems — can be financed, subject to approval.

Worth knowing

Three things worth knowing before the next scam text arrives.

All from the FTC and the FBI, linked directly.

  • Over a million families dealt with stolen personal information last year.

The FTC's Consumer Sentinel Network received more than 6.47 million consumer reports in 2024, including over 1.1 million identity theft reports — a record high.

  • The first fix is the one almost everyone skips: your router.

The FTC's guidance on securing home devices starts with changing the default administrator username and password, turning on encryption, and keeping firmware updated — the steps most out-of-the-box routers never get.

  • If an older relative is on your network, this part matters most.

Alaskans filed 3,202 internet-crime complaints in 2025 with nearly $40 million in reported losses — a 52% increase over 2024 — and residents over 60 were disproportionately hit by investment fraud, romance scams, and tech-support fraud.

What this looks like in practice

Example residential work

A campus with a main building and several remote structures was connected with wireless backhaul instead of trenching cable — the same approach that gets a detached garage or shop online without tearing up your yard.

Common questions

Home questions, answered

  • Can you fix Wi-Fi that doesn't reach every room?

Yes. We design whole-home Wi-Fi with access points placed where you actually use the internet, including the garage, basement, and yard.

  • What is the first step to securing a home network?

Change your router's default administrator password, turn on encryption, and keep its firmware updated. The FTC lists these first, and most out-of-the-box routers never get them. We handle all three.

  • Do you manage homes outside Alaska?

Yes. We remotely manage residential clients in Mexico and Peru today, with monitoring, updates, and support handled from Anchorage.

  • Is financing available for a home install?

Yes. Home installation projects can be financed, subject to approval.
